Esizayo Organics was founded in 2022 in response to the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. As food security, skills development, and environmental sustainability became more critical than ever, the company emerged to address these pressing needs within rural communities in KwaZulu-Natal and beyond. Recognizing the growing demand for sustainable food production and ecological preservation, Esizayo Organics was established with a clear mission: to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a healthier, more sustainable world.

Since its inception, Esizayo Organics has trained over 250 students in a wide range of accredited skills programs, specializing in new-age farming technologies such as aquaponics and hydroponics. These innovative approaches to farming not only support food security but also promote environmentally friendly practices. Through partnerships with industry bodies like CHIETA, AgriSETA, and WRSETA, the company continues to empower historically disadvantaged South Africans, ensuring that communities have the tools to succeed in sustainable agriculture and beyond. Esizayo Organics remains committed to creating lasting, positive change through education, innovation, and a deep respect for the environment.
